Terms of Service
By using Zolunas, you agree to these terms.
Use of Service
Zolunas is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Do not use this service for critical time-sensitive decisions without independent verification.
Accuracy
Time zone data is based on the IANA timezone database. Sun and moon calculations use standard astronomical algorithms. Weather data is sourced from wttr.in.
Games, accounts and age
The games are free to play and have no real-money prizes, chips or betting. Ratings, rankings and streaks have no monetary value. You must be at least 13 years old to use online games and chat, and if you are under 18 you should have a parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens under it.
Behaviour and content
Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten or discriminate against others, share personal information (yours or anyone else’s), post links, spam, advertising or sexual or illegal content, impersonate others, choose offensive nicknames, cheat, or try to disrupt the service. Our Community rules explain this in more detail and how to report a problem.
You own what you write, but by posting a nickname, bio or chat message you allow us to store it and show it to the other players it is meant for. We may filter, hide or remove content, end a table, restrict chat, or ban a player from online play, with or without notice, if we think these terms or the community rules were broken or to protect others. We may also share information with authorities where the law requires it.
Availability and changes
Online features depend on our servers and your connection, and games in progress can be interrupted or lost. We may change or stop any feature, and we may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Continuing to use Zolunas after a change means you accept it.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not responsible for what other players say or do. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
