What Mars retrograde means

Mars governs drive, action, anger and ambition. It turns retrograde about every two years, for roughly two to three months.

Energy feels harder to direct. Astrologers read it as a time to regroup, reconsider how you pursue goals, and avoid forcing outcomes.

How to handle it

  • Rest and rebuild stamina instead of pushing harder.

  • Watch for frustration and arguments; choose battles.

  • Refine plans rather than launching new campaigns.

Retrograde meanings are traditional astrological beliefs, for reflection and entertainment.
